And in this bars get a negroni, it's a must in Rome and everyone knows how to make one. But if you can spare the cash, go to Harry's Bar on Via Veneto, it's where Fellini's La Dolce Vita was filmed and it since became a meeting place for celebrities, rich people and occasional tourists like us.
And because you can't go to Rome and not have a pizza, fight for one at Pizzarium. It takes about 30 minutes and you'll have to wrestle some people for it, but it's not like anything you've ever tasted.
Gabriele Bonci is a pizza poet. Just remember to take a number otherwise you'll be in line for nothing. For Cacio e Pepe pasta try Roscioli.

You won't be able to stop eating and then you'll have to crawl to your hotel room. Other than that take in the sights and don't drink cappuccino after 11 o'clock in the morning or you'll look like a tourist.
Location was amazing - we were able to walk from Termini directly to the hostel in about 10 mins. There are metro stations surrounding the location too, so you are able to get around the city very easily.
I loved how it was in a converted convent! We had a lovely time and are counting down the days to when we can come back. I just love it! It's so surprising when you walk in.
I loved to explore the rooms and garden!! The room was big with a lot of space and furniture to hang things. I loved the bathroom: warm towel, amenities, makeup mirror and night light at the step.

It doesn't hurt that they are attractive, considering they spend much of the time sans clothes, and often, in passionate embraces. Although some of the scenes are dark it perhaps was the settings on my set , there are sequences where they are clearly visible enough to tell they are physically beautiful.
Both Ms. Anaya and Ms. Yarovenko exhibit their passion for each other beautifully. It is surprising their accented English is easy to understand, considering it's probably not their first language.
Although the dialogue such as it is is often subtitled, most viewers won't be focusing on it ahem ,but overall, it's a nice film.

Either way, it's worth watching This movie is sexy, but also realistic. It reflects that lesbians are regular people, not sexual fiends like a lot of "lesbian" movies portray.
They are real people who meet and have a real connection. I really love this story, and I would love it even if it was a straight couple. A definite buy for every lesbian or hopeless romantic!
They spend the night together and discover many things they have in common - including a love of music, history, and art. I could have done without the death in the Spanish woman's past and the incest in the Russian woman's past, but maybe these unhappy events provide another thing in common for the women.
Certainly not for everyone, but if you don't have a problem with girl-on-girl and you like music, history, and art, you just might really enjoy this.

This movie is wonderful, sometimes great fun moments, sometimes it tears you apart. It is a small taste of what can happen to two people who come together, connect deeply and then have to turn and walk away.
Sometimes even the knowledge that you are getting yourself into something cant stop that feeling from creeping in. This movie is a fantastic snap shot of a one night stand between two girls that goes a little bit deeper then either expected.
The cover of the DVD rather puts this film on the wrong foot. It is true that for the greater part of the film the two women are stark naked and they are stunningly beautiful, perfect even.
There is quite a lot of very erotic action too. All the more surprising, therefore that the story and the production lift this fil out of the realms of tittilation into a truely entertaining story.
There is an intense story under all of this that unrolls very cleverly and at a pace that keeps you watching. Well worth the price and the film should enjoy a wider airing.

Report abuse. Reading other views on this film I decided to keep an open mind, not knowing if I should expect an 'arty' film of 'soft porn' as many have described it.
The film does contain a lot of female nudity but it isn't the main focus of the film. Over all a good film with hidden depths. It shows how one person whom you don't expect can change your life for ever.

It was very mind soothing, very sexual, very erotic, it was very interesting to see. When you spending a night in a very exotic locale, you just want to let it loose.
You have two young ladies who happen to room together for the night. They spent their times naked, talking about things they do, who they met, what their professions are.
Despite their differences, they build a common bond which a memory that will last for a lifetime. The shower scene is classic.
Closeness is always going to be a factor here. Now I have be working at a hotel, anything goes from closed doors.
No inhibitions were shown, insecurities were not visible there. Rome is romantic for anyone who want to get away, so as the old saying goes "When in Rome, anything goes".

I thought the actresses besides being very attractive, had chemistry and were believable in their roles. I loved that the film was set in Rome as it reminded my of brief time there and how the room looked just like the one I had stayed in.
In my opinion it represented the intimacy between two women when they are attracted to each other. The end even though sad was fitting in the context of the relationships each women had with another person.
I would hope others would watch this and understand how same sex relationships do not differ from same sex relationships. Excellent product and service.
