Kisara also possess a natural affinity for Fire Release due to being a descendant of the Uchiha clan. She mastered its rite of passage technique at a young age with the help of her mother who taught her other fire techniques as well.
As with her lightning techniques, Kisara can use fire techniques with her weapons skill. She can produce inextinguishable black flames as well as applying shape transformation to manipulate them.
Along with those nature transformations, she also possess Earth Release along with Yin and Yang Release. Kisara possesses the kekkei genkai Lava Release.
Her Lava Release is unique as she has two forms of it that she can use interchangeably. Her summon named Raiden, is used as transport but mainly to aid her in battle with it's devastating lighting attacks.
Being a descendant of the Uchiha, Kisara awakened the Sharingan after hearing about the death of her Uchiha relatives. By the end of Part I, her Sharingan had fully matured to three tomoe.
With the Eye of Insight ability, she is able to observe and differentiate the flow of chakra, perceive everything within her line of sight with great detail which helps in accurately predicting almost all of a person's movements.
With the Eye of Hypnotism ability, she can cast powerful genjutsu through eye-contact and easily hypnotize targets to restrict their movements.
She is able to integrate her Lightning Release nature transformation in to her genjutsu as seen with her skill in using the Lightning Release: Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar technique to emanate light from her whole body to blind her opponents.
She can also perfectly mimic a person's movements along with their thoughts and words through careful observation. When encountering Itachi in Part II, he acknowledged that her skill with the Sharingan was impressive and that she could become even greater than she was now.
It is during situations like these where she uses the abilities that she awakened. In her "right eye", Kisara could cast the Amaterasu, which she used on her opponents if they were too dangerous to be left alive as well as burning a path should escape impossible.

While at the Academy, she observed the actions and abilities of the other students when they sparred and through that became a talented strategist and tactician in her battles while being able to remain calm.
It is also because of her observational skills, that she adapted and integrated the techniques that she saw into her own.
She is very well read since she enjoys to read and has vast knowledge on a lot of different subjects which becomes useful when on missions.
However, she does not use it as much as her other skills. In the second phase of the Exam, when in the Forest of Death, she and her team found Sakura as she was left to defend herself and her team from Team Dosu as Naruto and Sasuke were incapacitated and along with Team 10, helped them.
Though it is not shown, it is implied that Kisara won her match. She watches the other matches with her brother, and was especially impressed with Naruto's.
Before the invasion commenced, Kisara and her brother were unaffected by Kabuto's genjutsu as they used their Sharingan to dispel it.
Kisara can later be seen at the Third Hokage's funeral alongside the other villagers, mourning his death. In order to keep improving herself, Kisara had gone to Tsunade for training.
Tsunade helped her master the Strength of a Hundred Seal and by extension the self healing techniques it provided.
Once entering the exams, Kisara and her team-mates were randomly split into different rooms to take the written test.
On a monitor, Shikamaru, as proctor, explained that everyone only needs to answer one question on the test each with different worth, but their team's combined score must equal exactly points to pass.
After time was up, Shikamaru revealed a bonus question that must be answered unanimously. They were asked what member of their respective team would be chosen to be a decoy and the one picked would be disqualified.
Kisara and her team knew that it was a trick question and didn't answer. Her team ultimately passed the first round. However, a preliminary round was issued to lessen the many participants there were, which involved a race to Sunagakure where only the first 30 teams to arrive at the destination would qualify for the second exam.

Kisara and her team managed to get the other scroll from them. Later they were caught in a massive sandstorm. Ultimately, the team was rescued by the Suna-nin proctors and brought to a building to wait out the storm before resuming the exams.
Instead, it was decided by Gaara that a report on each participant would be sent to their respective village leader for them to decide if they would be promoted.
When Naruto was looking for a replacement for another teammate, he ran into was Kisara and her team. Kisara agrees to help him but they are later attacked by Sai.
They are unable to capture him as he withdraws. Kisara and her team joined up with Team 7 and Team 8 to find either of the Uchiha brothers.
Kisara split up from her group and encountered Itachi Uchiha. While preparing to attack, she activated her Sharingan. Insisting that he only wanted to talk, Itachi identified her as the daughter of Ayuri Uchiha.
Kisara questioned him on how he knew that and told her that he had knowledge of her and her family. Before he left, he told her something but it is not heard what it was.
After regrouping and Kiba picked up on Sasuke's trail, they encountered Tobi who blocked their path. In the ensuing battle, Kisara immediately activated her Sharingan but was unable to defeat Tobi.
While heading towards Sasuke's location, but found that Tobi had got there first and had taken Sasuke. The groups headed back to Konoha after failing the mission.
After the mission to locate Itachi failed, she and the rest of the Twelve Man Squad were intercepted by Katsuyu, informing Team Yamato of a new mission.
Kisara's team along with Team 8 and Kakashi departed and returned to Konoha. When the assault on the village began, Kisara, who had been doing errands, ran back home to check on her family.
As they were all fine, Kisara accompanied her brother to help defend the village. When news of Sasuke's affiliation with Akatsuki reaches Konoha, the Konoha 14 gather to discuss what should be done with him.
Kisara agrees that Sasuke should be killed by their hands before he can start a war. They found him and Sakura confessed her love to Naruto, so now he didn't need to bother fulfilling his promise of retrieving Sasuke.
When Naruto didn't believe her, the group left. Kisara and Sai stopped Sakura from knocking them out along with the others, having suspected that she would try to get rid of them so she could fight Sasuke alone.
Sakura convinced Kiba and Lee that Sai and Kisara were traitors but Kisara managed to avoid getting knocked out. Kisara managed to convince Sakura that she would go instead of her to fight Sasuke.
Kisara encountered Sasuke along with a heavily wounded Karin. Sasuke who was apparently told by Tobi that Kisara has Uchiha blood, asks if she knows about the truth about the Uchiha clan downfall.
Kisara says she does. She says that she will never forgive the ones who killed her relatives and says that she would join him if not for her inherent loyalty to Konoha.
Sasuke questions her loyalty to village if because she of what she just said. Along with the newly appointed Hokage Kakashi, stood at the village gate with Sasuke, who was about to leave on a journey of redemption.
Blushing, she asked if she could go with him. Sasuke declined and said that his sins had nothing to do with her and tapping her affectionately on the forehead, promised he'd be back.
She and Sai would later storm Toneri's palace and rescue Hanabi while finding the tattered remains of Hinata's scarf. She later attends Naruto and Hinata's wedding.
Kisara is captured by the person using Sasuke's identity though she manages to fend for herself. When her captors are defeated by an unknown person, she senses a familiar chakra.
Years later, Sasuke returned to the village and married her. She would later give birth to a son named Haruto.
After Sasuke came back after nearly two years, he left again and Kisara discovered she was pregnant. She had a girl named Juri who has never had the chance to meet Sasuke.
Embarrassed with no answer, she turns around as her stomach growls: asking Rentaro for food afterwards. Whilst aboard the train, Kisara talks in her sleep about getting revenge on the Tendo.
When they finally arrive to the meeting, a young girl opens the door and welcomes them in. As they enter, they see many companies, and are attacked by a tall man.
Kisara attempts to stop Rentaro, which she does while another person stops the man confronting them. She takes her seat as she comments on how weak Rentaro is compared to Shougen Ikuma, the man who had previously attacked them.
When the meeting commences, she rapidly turns her head around when she hears Seitenshi 's voice, glaring at her grandfather.
She then hears Seitenshi's missions: to find a case and kill the Gastrea in the Tokyo Area. However, unsure of her workers' safety, she questions what is inside the case, receiving a dry reply in return.
When she hears said words, she claims that she will not accept her task not knowing what they are up against.
She begins to walk away when a loud laugh is heard, coming from Kagetane Hiruko , who introduces himself and claims that he is after the same case.
Before long, Kisara and the others grab guns and shoot the masked man, but the bullets are sent back towards them by Kagetane's Repulsion Shield.
Before he leaves, he gives Rentaro a present, intriguing Kisara. However, before he can explain to her who he is, a man comes rushing in frantically informing them that president Oose is dead, and that the corpse's head is missing.
She looks down as Rentaro opens the present and sees the president's head. She steps up and confronts Seitenshi as to what the contents inside the case are.

She then puts him on the phone and listens to their conversation as Rentaro claims that he will be a burden on the operation to retrieve the case.
However, before she can tell Rentaro the danger said case possesses, Kisara hangs up. She puts the phone in her hands as she asks Rentaro if he would like to get some fresh air.
When they get there, she recalls the events of the other day at the office when she asked about his goals, but is told by Rentaro to get to the point.
When she does, she reveals that a Stage V Gastrea is coming. She questions if he can defeat Kagetane and save the world, but before he can respond Enju comes rushing in and shows them a note that tells her to work hard at work.
Said words give Rentaro courage, prompting him to tell Kisara to tell Seitenshi that he will help them in the mission.
Before he leaves, she wishes him good luck and tells him to take care. Kisara pays an unplanned visit to Sumire , entering her laboratory after knocking twice, with an unsettling expression written on her face.
Kisara takes a sit near Sumire and begins to thank her for saving Rentaro's life back when he was attacked by a Gastrea, claiming that it is thank to her that Rentaro is alive.
Her gratitude is dismissed by Sumire, who inquiries her sweetness, told that if she acts similarly when around Rentaro the latter would not hesitate to lupin dive her.
Kisara blushes and tells her that Rentaro would never do such a thing. Shortly enough, Kisara lowers her head and admits that she was unable to stop Rentaro from going.
Watching as Sumire places a warm cup on the table, Kisara is told that Rentaro would have gone regardless. Kisara continues to blame herself for allowing Rentaro to chase after Kagetane.
However, as she walks away, Sumire quotes Rentaro's words for Kisara to hear, which unquestionably shocks her; hearing the doctor state that she wishes to believe in those words.
After leaving Sumire's laboratory , Kisara heads to a meeting held by Seitenshi. She enters just as Kikunojyo speaks to the protector about the chances of victory.
As Kisara takes her seat, Seitenshi explains that as the president of the Tendo Civil Security she has the duty to attend the meeting, much to Kikunojyo displeasure.
Finally taking her seat, Kisara looks at her grandfather and greets him, applauding him for his well-being. However, Kisara admits that she believes Rentaro will arise victorious, receiving nothing but laughter from a man sitting nearby.
Momentarily, she is told that Rentaro is facing off against a remaining member of the New Human Creation Plan , but retaliates, stating that the Rentaro they are familiar with now is not the one who will defeat Kagetane.
Kisara then watches as Sumire appears on a television screen, sending data of Rentaro's limbs to the people present. Just then, Kisara reveals that after Rentaro was attacked by a Gastrea, Sumire was the one who saved his life by making him into a Mechanical Soldier.
After the battle escalates and Rentaro injects himself with an AGV Drug , Kisara is left dumbstruck when Kagetane's technique, Endless Scream , creates a massive hole in Rentaro's body; murmuring his name as she finds it unbelievable that Kagetane has won.
Tendo Sword Style : Not much is known about the Tendo Sword Style except the certainty that a beginner of the Tendo Combat Style would be easily annihilated by those that possesses teachings of this style.
Kisara's skills are said to be crafted from said style, inaugurated into the secrets at a very young age. Snow Shadow : Although not much is known about Kisara's Snow Shadow, it has been stated that she possesses extraordinary mastery over said tool; thus making it her main weapon in means of combat.

Seto takes her back to the palace, where he recognizes her as the girl he once saved some years ago. After Akhenaden pledges his loyalty to Zorc Necrophades , he kidnaps Priest Seto - revealed to be his son - and tries to brainwash him into usurping Pharaoh Atem.

Now suspicious of her loyalty to the gang, Freya sends her Valkyries to keep an eye on Kisara until further notice. Due to their shared love of cats, Miu agrees to help her find a new home for the stray.
However, her casual interactions with the two make her a target of the Valkyries, Freya's female subordinates. Kisara spends the day unsuccessfully trying to convince someone else into taking the kitten home, but her attitude scares away any potential pet owners.

Now sitting out in the rain at night, Kisara decides to take the cat home with her just for one night. When Miu runs off to buy her an umbrella, the Valkyries make their move and attack her.
Kisara is unable to fight with her full strength due to her attempts in trying to protect the kitten and is defeated, the battle injuring the kitten as well.
Not distraught by the sight of the unconscious cat, she names it Noir in honor of her deceased cat. Although Miu tries to help her, Kisara tells her to get the kitten to a veterinarian for treatment, leaving her alone to face the oncoming threat.
Kenichi Shirahama stumbles onto the scene moments later in an attempt to help her, but cannot bring himself to strike the female Valkyries and instead flees with an injured Kisara in tow.
When the duo becomes cornered in an alley with no way of escape, Shigure Kosaka appears and defeat. The Valkyries with a wooden spoon after being persuaded not to use her metal weapons by Kenichi, slicing their clothing and driving them away.
After the battle is won, Kisara apologizes to Kenichi for being a burden and heads off alone to face the consequences of her actions.
Breaking into Ragnarok's base of operations, she decides to officially resign from the gang while declaring a challenge to Freya. The next day at school, Kisara learns from Miu that the vet found a family for the kitten.
The discussion reminds Kenichi that the masters of Ryozanpaku were actually willing to let Miu to keep the cat, making the girls angry that he did not tell them beforehand.
Kisara then joins Miu in holding down and tickling Kenichi in a form of revenge. Having broken their ties with Ragnarok, Kisara and her gang of delinquents are declared traitors and targeted for punishment by the remaining Fists.
Realizing that the endgame is approaching, Haruo Niijima and the other Shinpaku Alliance members pay a visit to her base of operations.
Niijima then tries to blackmail her into joining them by threatening to reveal her love of cats to the world, presenting several photographs containing the evidence.
She threatens to kill him, but the Shinpaku General reveals that he has backup files hidden away. Before he can continue, Siegfried crushes the data disc in his hand, telling Niijima that there are less evil ways to gain her cooperation.
He convinces her to join the Shinpaku Alliance through her love of cats, presenting three kittens and telling her that she could keep them at his house and visit whenever she wanted.
Kisara gleefully fawns over the animals and agrees to his terms while trying to deny that the cats were the reason for her sudden cooperation.
After hearing that the Second Fist Berserker has been dispatched to wipe them out, Kisara shakes hands with Niijima, formally accepting their truce.
The following day Kisara attends a party with the leaders of the Shinpaku Alliance, quickly becoming friends with the others, while becoming properly acquainted with several of her fellow ex-members of Ragnarok.
When Ikki Takeda and Siegfried strike up a discussion about the latter's music, Kisara and Kozo Ukita bond over their shared love of cats.
After the meeting is over, the group splits up only to stumble into Ragnarok's trap. While Berserker takes down Takeda and Ukita, Kisara wanders over to the pet store to watch the cats, causing her to run into Miu who had come for the same reason.
Kisara ponders whether or not Miu has been following her the past few days due to the fact that they keep turning up in the same places, but both girls conclude that their love of cats kept leading them to the places where cats were usually found.
The two are then attacked by the Third Fist Freya and her Valkyrie squadron, who quickly surround the duo and prepare to attack.
Although Miu manages to see through Freya's staff techniques, Kisara decides to honor the challenge and fight alone. Not willing to let her fight against such insurmountable odds, Miu refuses to leave and instead decides to take on the Valkyries so that Kisara can focus on their leader.
Although Kisara proves at a disadvantage due to Freya's expert use of weaponry, she turns the tables by imitating Miu's graceful movements, using the maneuver to propel herself into the air.
Launching an attack from above similar manner to the move Miu used to defeat her, she executes a double drop kick, breaking Freya's staff and gaining her former mentor's acknowledgement.
Although Kisara insists it is not over, Freya expresses her belief in the Saving Fist philosophy, noting that the pointed remains of her broken staff make it too dangerous to continue fighting without serious risk.

While the Shinpaku Alliance headquarters is being assaulted by Li Raichi , Kisara attacks the Drunken Fist user, but is unfortunately beaten by the latter's use of confusing movements, before having her battle picked up by Kenichi.
Kisara later participates in the D of D tournament. With the rest of the members of Shinpaku. As one of the few moved by Mizunuma ' s sacrifice, Kisara soon joins the fray with Takeda, Thor , and Freya after Takeda knocks out one of its members, though she does not fight as three of the enemies are quickly taken out by Thor and one of them by Freya.
She discovers that Ukita has a crush on her and appears to be embarrassed about it, even blushing in his presence.
The night ends tensely for her, as Takeda, Thor, and Freya are taken out by Sho Kano, leaving only her and Ukita as the primary combat members to face off against the Capoeira team.
Right before the fight, when Niijima, who enters to strategically manipulate the two to defeat the Capoeira team, she expresses outrage at the fact that Ukita must be sacrificed, leaving her to face three members at once while the Capoeira team captain chases after Niijima.
However, the bleak outcome of the Shinpaku Alliance is saved by Siegfried, who enters the match via skydiving and defeats two of its members before falling asleep.
After defeating her opponent, Kisara faces off against the team captain, who becomes slightly weakened by Ukita. Kisara is largely disadvantaged and not even Miu's styles can cause major damage as they do not express her style.
She develops her own style to imitate the movements of a cat and defeats the team captain, winning the round for Shinpaku. While evacuating the colisseum, Kisara and the other members of Shinpaku meet Fortuna , who demands that they become his children and serve.
Kisara is first to make an attack, only to have her leg easily grabbed by the master and thrown aside. Later, with Niijima's strategic approach and the arrival of Hermit , Kisara joins her teammates and manages to defeat Fortuna.
Returning to school, Kisara enters her third year of High School and expressed happiness over the fact that she would be attending the same class as Ukita, even exhibiting jealousy when he met Rachel Stanley and Renka Ma and kicks or punches him anytime he shows attraction to another girl.
Kisara, along with her former underlings Takeda and Ukita, show resolution to protect Kenichi from the members of YOMI posing as transfer students.
When Freya and her grandfather Danki is kidnapped by Yami's weapons division, the Alliance with Shigure leading them goes out to rescue them. Kisara becomes worried when Ukita is injured by a weapons user due to him not as strong as the others.
They all go out to find Kenichi when he is captured by the Bantou Master and injured. They eventually find him after Danki takes out all the members and escape and is seen happy when Miu hugs Kenichi.
When a Yami base is discovered in Okinawa, the alliance travels there to assist Ryozanpaku despite them trying to deny anything. Later that night,. Freya teases her about liking Ukita despite her trying to deny it while Kisara asks for Freya to put something to cover her upper half despite her saying otherwise.
She then plays cards with Ukita and Freya unaware that the masters got past them and believing this to have been a quite night. After returning home and hearing of Ryozanpaku having to disband, Kisara helps to find the one's responsible.
After Niijima reveals that he got data on Yami from Okinawa, the group goes out to diliver it to a politician that Inspector Honmaki knows.
They are followed by Yami's weapons group division and are forced to engage combat. She, Takeda, Siegfried, and Ukita fight the members and eventually defeat them and shouts for Ukita not to look at her due to her clothes having been torn.
When Niijima is about to give the data on Yami to the politician, he destroy's it revealing his name as Ishida and a member of Yami.
The alliance fight him while Sakaki helps them from the bushes and defeats Ishida after he reveals himself and they all go home. In school the next day, Kisara teases Miu about her being alone with Kenichi for a while now and ask between fellow girls if anything interesting has happened between the two, causing Miu to blush.
Asking Rentaro if he has any last words before he dies, an infuriated Kisara confronts him and calls him a big idiot as she begins to chase him around in the office.
However, Rentaro outruns her, and she becomes tired. She takes a seat and orders Rentaro to call her president whilst at work. The two commence their conversation, with Kisara recalling the events that transpired after Enju and Rentaro left Tadashima and the location where the Gastrea was located; they forgot the reward to rush to a limited sale.
She takes a hold of the two bags of bean sprouts they brought back and, being asked by Rentaro if she would like one, throws it at his face. Badmouthing Rentaro, she confronts him for not telling her about the limited sale; when her stomach suddenly growls.
Afterwards, the two talk about the company and what is needed to maintain it, with Rentaro telling Kisara that if she were to dress up in a maid's outfit and hand flyers out, people are sure to notice the company.
In return, she states that he should yell Tendo Civil Security's name in the middle of many people and then spontaneously combust.
When she is told to hire more people, she dismisses it and asks Rentaro about the Gastrea he defeated. The two continue to chat, with Kisara informing Rentaro that no company has eliminated the original source of the Gastrea, nor has any witness shown up with reports.
Kisara closes her laptop when Rentaro is hit with the brutal truth of the original Gastrea still not reported in by any companies. As she does so, she hears him say that he finds it unbelievable that there is not a single witness, but she contradicts him as she states that he himself is one.
When he questions the government's reasons for not sounding the alarm, Kisara calmly informs him that they would not use compulsory measure such as the evacuation alarm.
Quickly understanding the situation, Kisara recollects herself and claims that, just like that, Civil Security now has work to do; putting her trust on Rentaro.
She grabs her bag and is sequentially asked by Rentaro if she is headed home, to which she denies and tells him that she will go to the hospital since it is the day of analysis.
As they stand close to one another, Kisara inquisitively asks him if Enju went home, to which Rentaro responds affirmatively.
She recalls the time they met Enju, asking him if his goal is to find Enju's parents. However, she continues to pressure him as she brings up his dead parents, angering him.
She stays behind as an angry Rentaro leaves whilst yelling at her. The following day Kisara appears at Rentaro's school, when the latter refuses to answer her calls; lowering her head and confronting him.
Whilst there, she informs him that the Ministry of Defense has summoned them, leading him to question their reasons. Kisara simply looks at him and reminds him that their current location is not the place where they should be discussing it.
Moments after, the kids around them notice her uniform, prompting her to take Rentaro outside the class while the students question if he is her bodyguard; irritating him.
Along the way, Kisara comments on Rentaro's skills: calling him weak and pondering what IP Rank Enju would have if she were to get another partner, which ultimately maddens him.

She takes her seat as she comments on how weak Rentaro is compared to Shougen Ikuma, the man who had previously attacked them. When the meeting commences, she rapidly turns her head around when she hears Seitenshi 's voice, glaring at her grandfather.
She then hears Seitenshi's missions: to find a case and kill the Gastrea in the Tokyo Area. However, unsure of her workers' safety, she questions what is inside the case, receiving a dry reply in return.
When she hears said words, she claims that she will not accept her task not knowing what they are up against.
She begins to walk away when a loud laugh is heard, coming from Kagetane Hiruko , who introduces himself and claims that he is after the same case.
Before long, Kisara and the others grab guns and shoot the masked man, but the bullets are sent back towards them by Kagetane's Repulsion Shield.
Before he leaves, he gives Rentaro a present, intriguing Kisara. However, before he can explain to her who he is, a man comes rushing in frantically informing them that president Oose is dead, and that the corpse's head is missing.
She looks down as Rentaro opens the present and sees the president's head. She steps up and confronts Seitenshi as to what the contents inside the case are.

After she leaves, Kisara continues to talk with Rentaro, informing him that his savior is none other than Shougen. Quickly enough however, she asks Rentaro if he met with Kagetane, to which he responds affirmatively.
She continues to inform him about her recent discoveries regarding Kohina and Kagetane's history and power, both shocking Rentaro. She then puts him on the phone and listens to their conversation as Rentaro claims that he will be a burden on the operation to retrieve the case.
